Jean-Claude Decaux (1938-). Last year the company, JC Decaux, netted new contracts in smallish European cities like Leicester, England and Cordoba, Spain. Decaux now eyeing the big prize, New York City, set for bidding later this year. While Decaux chairs the supervisory board, sons Jean-Frangois and Jean-Charles run the business.
